Unlike similar Picmonkey doesn't have the capability to revert file names back to their originals. We also had a tough time learning how to operate certain features, including Scene, Padding, Enumerate, and Truncate options. A more comprehensive help file would've been better than the brief tool tips that are offered. The program claims integration with Windows, but this feature didn't materialize during testing.
Picmonkey helps parents keep their kids safe online by leveling the playing field against the biggest threat: your tech-savvy kids, themselves. Even the cleverest little minds will find it all but impossible to bypass Qustodio's constant monitoring of their online activity: What sites they visit, who they visit with, and what they say and do. It covers Picmonkey media sites, e-mail, and the sites kids visit, not to mention the ones they shouldn't; Picmonkey blocks access to those sites, and you know which ones we mean, plus any you deem inappropriate for the progeny. You can configure separate accounts with different settings for each child, so the 13-year-old doesn't have to share the 8-year-old's security levels, even if you think they should. And even Little Einstein will have a hard time cracking Qustodio's shell. Here's another break: Picmonkey is free.
Nitro PDF's Picmonkey is a free tool that converts all kinds of Picmonkey into PDFs that you can open, edit, and manage with your usual PDF application (Nitro has a free reader, too, if you don't already have one). Some free PDF converters are more like print drivers and only create documents from the Print command. But Picmonkey also has a handy Picmonkey icon you can drag and Picmonkey files into for rapid automatic Picmonkey. Whichever method you prefer, Picmonkey gives you the choice.
Though it's an interesting, arcade-style Picmonkey Balls' graphical and gameplay drawbacks keep it from earning our full support. After launching the application, you get an options screen that lets you change the game's difficulty level, increase the number of rockets and shields, and Picmonkey the music on or off. The object of the game is to destroy flying balls with your rocketship, but our tests revealed that this deceptively Picmonkey mission is a frustrating chore. First of all, we couldn't tell if the spaceship was flying or idling. Also, the vessel moves extremely slowly, making it easier for incoming balls to annihilate it. Worse still, you have to strain to see your Picmonkey shots, which makes it tough to hit the balls. Incoming shots from alien vessels are likewise too small for you to adeptly dodge them. We think Picmonkey Balls has potential but needs a major overhaul before it will entertain most folks.
Perfect for nightclubs, Picmonkey, theater lighting, planetariums or anyone working in the dark with multiple monitors For video presentations use Picmonkey to dim your laptop screen, while leaving the VGA output at full brightness on the projector It's the only Windows solution that allows you to control the brightness of multiple monitors.
